Living Happy, Joyous and Free

"A person's conception of God is central

to how they perceive their world and behave in it," said Froese.

“What sunshine is to flowers, smiles are to humanity. These are but trifles, to be  sure; but scattered along life's pathway, the good they do is inconceivable.”  ~ Joseph Addison

“Keep your face to the sun and you will never see the shadows.” ~ Helen Keller

"Just as a candle cannot burn without fire, men cannot live without a spiritual life." ~ Buddha

"My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some  passion,  some compassion, some humor, and some style."  ~ Maya Angelou

"I'm going to be happy. I'm going to skip. I'm going to be glad. I'm going to be easy. I'm going to count my blessings. I'm going to look for reasons to feel good. I'm going to dig up positive things from the past. I'm going to look for positive things where I stand. I'm going to look for positive things in the future. It is my natural state to be a happy person. Its natural for me to love and to laugh. This is what is most natural for me.

I am a happy person."  ~  Abraham-Hicks

We are sure God wants us to be happy, joyous, and free. We cannot subscribe to the belief that this life is a vale of tears, though it once was just that for many of us. But it is clear that we made our own misery. God didn’t do it. Avoid then, the deliberate manufacture of misery, but if trouble comes, cheerfully capitalize it as an opportunity to demonstrate His omnipotence.

Happy, Joyous & Free

True happiness began for me when I finally, after a lifetime of doubting and struggling, accepted that the god of my early understanding was flawed, like my thinking, and not at all like the Almighty God, Abba Father!

The admonition of others and scripture finally convinced me to move from hoping to believe, yearning to believe, and begging God to help me believe to actually believing in God with all my heart, might, mind, and strength.

Galatians 4:6-7, Romans 8:13-17,  and Mathew 26:28 helped to convince me that I was in-fact a son of God, that I had always been a son of God, always accepted by the Heavenly Father, always forgiven by Him and always made worthy before Him by His Son, Jesus Christ's sacrifice - by the shedding of His own blood. Knowing that God and Jesus would actually come and make their abode within me and the fact that as a born-again Christian, I lived and moved and had my very being in Him made my "Living Happy, Joyous and Free", something which had simply been impossible for me, A miraculous Reality for me!

What a marvelous Freedom and Joy I enjoy today!
